This was where Bobo worked for those two weeks. It doesn't look so nice but it had everything she needed. She loved it here.
The people working there were very hospitable and invited them to their homes...
They learnt to make rice dumplings...
The host was very sweet. They left the house late and didn't get a chance to have the dumplings that day.
Then she cooked them the next morning and brought them to work!
But when Bobo and her friend brought the dumplings back to the hotel,
they didn't have a microwave to heat up the cold dumplings!
So they put hot water in the sink....
and heated up them the Bobo way! hahah*yummy* though a little sticky!
This is a restaurant near their workplace, it's just a 5 min walk away. Bobo loved the ambience of the place. It's like a greenhouse sorts. Very chic!

This is called the Jiu Lian Huan.. it's a puzzle thing, a brainteaserThe hook thingy at the top was trapped in all the loops and
Bobo managed to get them all out! WHEEEEE
And she put them all in afterwards.
Bobo and her friend are born on the same day in the same year...
on 18th May, their birthday, they went sightseeing!

Washing your hands in this fountain is suppose to bring good luck!
Look at those GIANT joss sticks.
Apparently during Chinese New Year, people actually purchase
candles and joss sticks THAT big to pray with.

This was taken at one end of a very big lake, Tai Hu!Bobo thought that it was the sea!
Then she saw the front of the restaurant... haha
Great food!!!

A representative from each class would say a few words before puttingthe envelope in. An 8 year old boy cried so hard he couldn't continue...
Many of the children donated their own savings, bringing their
piggy banks to school.
Bobo was very touched and did her part too.
After working in Wuxi for about 12 days, they were allowed to go sightseeing
in Suzhou and Shanghai!!
People could rent costumes to take pictures by the waterway.
There were a wide range of costumes available...
Their first stop in Shanghai was the Pearl Tower.
see very much. But the skyscrapers were very beautiful.
This is the Business District in the day.
This is Cheng Huang Miao.. a shopping district!
Bobo went mad here and bought some souvenirs for those at home.
She really enjoyed herself despite her rashes and skin problems.
