In a twisted turn of fate... she has become just another victim of senseless acts. She who seemed to have a bright future... had it all destroyed just like that...
Msgs on FB started appearing and the forums where Bobo frequented...there were msgs of sadness for her. Bobo has friends who knew her personally from school... Even as Bobo reads the papers today............
Bobo of course feels some sadness... but not just for her... more for those who go through this every day. Victims of terrorism, of civil war... People who were born in such places and grew up in such places. People who know nothing about peace for they have never lived it.
Bobo, despite this sadness, feels a tinge of gratefulness that she was born here and not anywhere else. Life would be very different indeed if that happened.
