To get the bride...

I was over at LaoBeng's blog when I saw his post on his sister in law's wedding...

The groom, in order to get his wife, had to pass some tests. One of which is to dance according to the Wonder Girls' Nobody music video.

Well they are likely to turn out like this...



Gone are the days where pushups and jumping jacks are sufficient...

Some of the tricks I've seen some 姐妹 up to...

1) Getting the brothers to wear disposable underwear... There was one where they had to wear it on their heads!!

2) Getting them to wear homemade bikinis... and run around the void deck screaming "I Love You"...

3) Getting them to do a variety of tasks within 1 min. If they fail to complete they have to redo. Tasks include, drinking a glass of water with a teeny straw, reciting a tongue-twister, using their asses to form letters and make cute little messages for the bride.

4) Giving the groom a poem with a lot of blanks. The catch is that the poem is a dark/ mean/ gloomy/ TMI (too much info) one and he has to make it romantic to recite to the bride...

5) Plucking leg hair/armpit hair... OUCH.

6) Dressing up as cabaret dancers.

7) Have a "How well do you know the bride" quiz for the groom and the brothers do something (torturous) every time he gets something wrong.

Why sing when you can do so much more?
